What is a C-Shaped Ceiling?
The C-shaped ceiling is a different type of liner ceiling. In this, we use different width panels up to 6000mm in length, and panels are connected without a gap with each other. In a c-shaped ceiling, we can use a straight or bevel edge.

Concept of C-Shaped Ceiling:
The c-shaped ceiling basically develops on the basis of hygienic properties. As panels are connected to each other without a gap, it gives a full Hygenic environment from the ceiling side.
Advantages:
1. Big scope to create many designs with the help of different color & combination options.
2. High durability.
3. A wide option of acoustic properties.
2. High durability.
3. A wide option of acoustic properties.
4. Ease Access of plenum, no special tool required.
5. Freedom to choose the different sizes of panels.
Acoustic Properties:
For acoustic properties basically use punching the panels which are called perforation. The standard diameter of the punching hole is 1.8mm and 2.5mm. Those days many types of punching available like square, rectangular, and people with the help of punching creating different designs also on panels. After perforation to improve more acoustic property, paste non-woven acoustic fleece backside of the panels. These perforated panels absorb and district both do with sound waves and create acoustic environments.
Insulation Properties:
A C-shaped false ceiling is a closed type ceiling, so it creates a plenum between the main and false ceiling. That's plenum work as an insulator in-ceiling and controls the temperature of the environment. If the project has more requirements of insulation, you may use glass wool or rock wool pads back of the panels.
Design:
In the c-shaped ceiling, you can use different color panels to create a design. Even in a c-shaped ceiling, its v-shape slot between panels looks so beautiful.
Size:
In c-shaped panel basically use three size width:
1.75mm
2.150mm
3.300mm.
The length could be a maximum of 6000mm, if the project requirement is more than 6000mm in length, we use a jointer and increase the length.
Where should install c-shaped ceiling?
C-shaped Ceiling ideal for Kichan, pantry, food processing unit, restaurant, cafe, canteen, factory, warehouse, showrooms, workshops, malls, gallery, lobby, corridors, parking, bus stands, railway platform, airports, power plants, refinery, etc.
How decide the width of c-shaped ceiling panels?
If the area is big and you need it should look compact then you must go with 75C panels, If the area is small and you need should look loose, go with 300C panels, If an area is medium in size go with 150C panels.

2.Install carrier at the space of 1.0-1.2 meter, if the area is small put at least 2 carrier lengths in installation.
3.Always use a suspension rod/angel with a suspension clip.
4.Suspension Rod should be installed at a 1-1.2 meter distance.
5.Panels should be fixed in the carrier properly with the soft hand at 90 degrees of the carrier.
6.Always wear gloves at the time of installation.
7. Do properly clean panel before installation, if safety guard film is there peel off before installation and check for any stain or spots.
