What Is Flange Ceiling?
Flange Ceiling basically a liner ceiling, In which we used 100mm or 200mm wide panel up to a maximum of 6000mm length along with 12.5mm height. The panel has two-section, one is big in width, In the 100mm panel it will be 84mm wide and in the 200mm panel, it will be 184mm wide. The second section of the panel always 16mm wide in both sizes. The first section gets bend along with the second section.
When we install the Flange Ceiling the small section of width16mm gives a beautiful liner look along with the big section.

Acoustic Properties:-
Due to the 16mm section, its direct sound waves and allow to go those parallel. So, the Flange ceiling just keeps the acoustic properties, if you need more you may use perforation on that with acoustic fleece on the back.
Insulation Properties:-
The Flange Ceiling is a closed liner ceiling, so it creates a plenum between the main and false ceiling, which works nicely as an insulator, If the project requirement is more, you may use glass wool or rock wool pads on the backside of panels.
Design:-
The Flange Ceiling looks beautiful in the liner pattern, its 16mm wide line looks so graceful. If you need more you may create much design with the help of the different combinations of color panels.
Where should install Flange Ceiling?
Flange Ceiling ideal for factory, warehouse, showrooms, workshops, malls, gallery, lobby, corridors, parking, bus stands, railway platform, airports, power plants, refinery, etc.
How select between 84C & 184C Panels?
If the area is big and you need it should look compact then you must go with 84C, If the area is small and you need should look loose, go with 184C.
How to select the color of the Flange Ceiling?
The best color for the ceiling always white, cause it reflects light maximum, In the case of Flange Ceiling, you may put some dark color panels on alternative distance like 1 meter,1.5meter, etc. if you like to go with different color try to match with windows and doors color.
Installation:
1. Always keep Edge Profile at the same height on all sides.
2.Install carrier at the space of 1.0-1.2 meter, if the area is small put at least 2 carrier lengths in installation.
3.Always use a suspension rod/angel with a suspension clip.
4.Suspension Rod should be installed at a 1-1.2 meter distance.
5.Panels should be fixed in the carrier properly with the soft hand at 90 degrees of the carrier.
6.Always wear gloves at the time of installation.
7. Do properly clean panel before installation, if safety guard film is there peel off before installation and check for any stain or spots.
