Providing and installing suspended ceiling systems / vertical fascia as per controlled sample for concourse, 12mm thick Calcium Silicate Board panels with paint as per specification including supply of suspension system of galvanised steel as per manufacturer's recommendation, top fixing of SS expanding anchor bolts, rigid hangers, accessories inclusive of providing opening for electrical fixtures / fittings, fixed framing to support fixtures / fittings and providing secondary supporting system for cable tray and duct and all complete as per relevant drawings and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

"Supply and installation of Metal Ceiling system 600x600 mm of 0.5 mm including necessary framing works, fasteners of an approved type. Finish shall be powder coated of 50-60 micron, RAL - 9003. Fire rating shall be “ Class I- Surface Spread of Flame rating” as specified by the fire consultant. The unit rate shall include the sealant to interfacing and making provision for light fixtures and other utilities."

PERFORATED METAL PANEL CEILING Providing and installing suspended ceiling system at all levels with interlocking grid of size 1200x6000mm / 600x600mm ceiling module of size (1250x600) consisting of demountable infill units (size 1200x600x1.2mm) having 50mm gap at every 1200mm, gap covered with 82mm wide channel having flanges to hold ceiling panels. The panels and channels shall be made from 1.2mm thick GI sheet, punched and bent to shape. The panels shall have perforated area 30-40%. The ceiling shall be powder coated (PPC, 80micron) on exposed and unexposed surface with approved colour. The grid system shall include hangers and runners of size 50x50x3mm thick hot dip galvanised steel, fixed on soffit of slab with the help of stainless steel expansion fasteners of size 10x75mm (Tam Anchor), The ceiling system to include panels, hanging system including the cost of providing opening and electrical fittings/fixtures, secondary supporting system for opening and below cable tray and duct, access to maintenance, all complete as per requirement of Engineer-in Charge.

Clip-in type, Un-perforated, Bevel edged stainless steel Tile Ceiling System: Providing & Fixing of Stainless Steel Tile False Ceiling System. Comprising of Tile of 600mm wide and 600mm long manufactured out of SS304 dull finish 0.5mm thick stainless steel. Tile ends will be raised with pips and stop to ensure positive engagement into the spring to enable for de-mounting of individual panels. The Tile sides will be sufficiently high to ensure a minimum deflection across the length of the Tile. All Tiles will be bevel-edged. The Tile shall be clipped into clip in the profile of 0.5mm thick S.S. The clip in profile shall be supported from slab by means of rigid suspension of 4mm dia SS rod and the other end shall hold the clip in profile. The length of rigid suspension shall be as per site requirement. Wherever the Wall & Tile meets, suitable ‘L’ Edge Profile made from 23mm x 23mm SS shall be used with Clip. SS of 4 mm dia wire suspensions shall be used. The item shall also include for making necessary cut-out to fix light fittings, fire alarm system, smoke detector, etc. as required in coordination with the concerned Dept. All materials to be used shall be of SS – 304 Stainless Steel."
